This Christmas we celebrate our city's most loved architecture, from the glorious gates at Stephen's Green to the clock at Trinity College and our very own iconic building on Grafton Street. There's also a nod to our original red doors in The Marvel Room; when I go through these doors I feel like I have entered a magical world, and I have!

From an enchanted snow covered interior as seen in Dr Zhivago to decorative architectural details, the inspiration for our Christmas windows comes from everywhere, and the result is a spectacle of great beauty. This year our Dublin store sees 8 very different scenes inspired by the city, but did you know we will have even more Christmas magic to enjoy in our stores? Look out for the following...

THE MARVEL ROOM

This year John Redmond and our creative team took inspiration for The Marvel Room from the iconic details of the original Brown Thomas store on Grafton Street, and by the Georgian and Victorian architecture that surrounds our greatest cities - Dublin, Cork, Limerick and Galway. This year on Level 1 enter a wondrous room with our re-imagined iconic red doors, decorative windows and fireplaces all showcasing the most beautiful and exclusive gifting gathered from around the world.

Drum roll please for the fabulous, large rather than little drummer boys that will be seen dotted around our stores this Christmas. And did you know the finest gifts they bring? Pa rum pum pum pum.
